The handle is still lost in the middle of nowhere but the customer service was very understanding and helpful. The payment was refunded to me without any problems.

I was thinking of a slightly thicker, more durable material because it stretches a little more than I expected. This is mostly annoying to me because although it is good in width, the waist and sleeves are longer, so it feels even more stretchy when I put things in the back pockets. I hope it doesn't stretch in the material either.
